  • Sport Pasta is our high-protein, high-fibre pasta designed to support performance and recovery. It’s slow-dried to preserve nutrients and prevent insulin spikes - ideal for athletes and everyday health-conscious eaters alike.

  • We worked with longtime NHL Strength and Conditioning coach Andy O’Brien to create Sport Pasta. Andy worked with researchers who specialized in starches, insulin sensitivity, and health & wellness – as he was interested in creating a pasta for athletes that could be consumed on game day and provide them with the right complex carbs to help them perform. Right now, there are no pastas on the market that are built for athletes and their performance in their sport. We wanted to create a pasta that was ideal for performers – this included slow releasing carbs but high protein and fibre content to allow the carbs to work better.

  • Unlike traditional pasta, Sport Pasta is:

    • Higher in fibre than traditional pasta with 10 grams of fibre per serving
    • Higher in protein than traditional pasta with 18 grams of protein per serving
    • Low in fat and sugar, and cholesterol and sodium free
    • Gut friendly
    • An artisanal quad blend: it includes 4 protein sources of Durum wheat semolina, Red lentil flour, White quinoa flour, White bean flour. The use of legumes in our pasta allows the carbs to be slow releasing and doesn’t create an insulin spike.
  • Anyone looking to fuel their body better - whether you're an athlete, weekend warrior, or just someone who wants to eat well without sacrificing their comfort foods.

  • Yes! Our goal is to deliver all the taste and texture you love in pasta - without the crash afterwards. Sport Pasta doesn’t compromise on taste unlike traditional alternative chick pea or lentil pastas.

  • Cook it just like regular pasta! Boil for 6-7 minutes depending on the texture you prefer. Check the package for exact timing.

  • Our pasta is handcrafted in Italy using slow dried traditional methods.
