Sport Pasta – Spaghetti

Durum wheat semolina, Red lentil flour, White quinoa flour, White bean flour.

1. Bring 1 litre of water to a rapid boil. Add salt to taste.
2. Add Penne to boiling water, stirring occasionally.
3. Cook, uncovered for 6 to 7 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached.
4. Drain well and serve.
